Police in Brighton have arrested a man following a report of indecent exposure at The Level. The incident was reported by members of the public on Thursday, 11 December, after a man was seen exposing himself near the fountains at the southern end of the park between about 1 pm and 1:40 pm.
Officers later arrested a 33-year-old man with no fixed address on suspicion of indecent exposure and two counts of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to cause alarm or distress. He has since been released on bail under strict conditions while inquiries continue.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who saw anything unusual or has information about the incident to come forward. People can contact Sussex Police online or by calling 101, quoting serial 648 of 11/12 in any reports.
