Police were called to Boots in North Street, Brighton, at around 7.50pm on Tuesday 3 March following reports that a group of youths were behaving in an antisocial manner inside the store.
Officers attended the scene and carried out enquiries, leading to the arrest of two 15-year-old girls from Brighton and a 16-year-old girl from Crawley.
The three teenagers were arrested on suspicion of multiple offences, including theft from a shop, criminal damage and assaulting an emergency worker.
All three suspects have since been released on bail while investigations continue. As part of their bail conditions, they have been instructed not to return to the North Street store.
Enquiries into the incident remain ongoing.
