Sussex Police are urgently searching for Luke Jackson, 30, who is wanted for escaping from lawful custody and assaulting a police officer.
Jackson was last seen on Monday afternoon (8 December) at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton. He is believed to have links to Brighton and Uckfield.
Police have warned the public not to approach Jackson. Anyone who sees him should call 999 immediately, quoting serial 215 of 08/12.
Officers are appealing for information to help locate Jackson and ensure public safety.
