Police are appealing for witnesses after a reported robbery involving two 13-year-old boys on Brighton Pier earlier this year.
The incident happened on Friday, February 9, shortly before 1pm, when the boys were allegedly approached and surrounded by a group near the Horror Hotel ride. One of the victims was assaulted, and some of his possessions were stolen.
The suspects are described as five boys and one girl. It is reported that all the boys had their faces covered with balaclavas or other face coverings at the time of the robbery.
Sussex Police have now released images of individuals they wish to speak with in connection to the incident. Officers believe there may have been witnesses nearby who could assist with their enquiries.
A police spokesperson said:
“This incident occurred in a relatively secluded part of Brighton Pier, but we believe members of the public may have seen what happened or noticed the group involved.
We are keen to speak with anyone who has information that could help our investigation.”
