Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenage cyclist was struck by a car that failed to stop in Goring-by-Sea.
The incident happened at around 4.10pm on Wednesday (4 March) near the The Sussex Yeoman.
According to Sussex Police, a 17-year-old boy was crossing the road with his bicycle when he was knocked off by a passing vehicle.
The driver of the car failed to stop at the scene following the collision.
The teenager suffered cuts and bruises, and his bicycle was damaged in the incident. His injuries are not believed to be serious.
Police are now urging anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have dashcam footage from the area at the time to come forward.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting serial 1028 of 4/3.
