Police are appealing for information after a boy reported being photographed over a toilet cubicle in Brighton.
According to Sussex Police, the incident took place at the toilets inside Churchill Square shopping centre at around 6.25pm on Saturday, 7 March.
Officers say a man entered the cubicle next to the victim before the boy noticed a mobile phone being held over the top of the partition and pointing towards him.
The victim immediately challenged the suspect, who then fled the area.
Police are now carrying out enquiries and have released an image of a man they believe may be able to assist with the investigation.
Anyone who recognises the man or who has information that could help identify him is urged to contact police.

Officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
