Police have launched an investigation after a man reportedly forced entry into a property in Glen Rise, Brighton, on Saturday, October 25.
At around 6.45pm, a resident discovered the man inside their home. He is described as being around 5ft 9ins tall and was wearing a long-sleeved black T-shirt, black joggers, and a black balaclava.
The suspect fled the scene when confronted, and no items were reported stolen.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have seen a man matching the description or noticed unusual behaviour in the Glen Rise area around that time to come forward.
