A man has been charged in connection with a drug supply line operating in Brighton.
Samson Olayinka, 28, of Stratford Road, Southall, London, was arrested after officers executed a warrant at his address on 7 October. Police seized drugs, mobile phones, and two knives during the raid.
Olayinka was later charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs and possession of an offensive weapon in a private place.
He appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on 8 October and was remanded in custody. His next court appearance is set for 5 November.
The charge follows an investigation into the so-called ‘AV Line’, believed to be involved in distributing drugs in the Brighton area.
Police say the case forms part of their ongoing efforts to disrupt drug networks operating across Sussex.
