East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service attended a domestic dwelling fire on New Church Road, Hove, in the early hours of 28 January 2026.
Crews from Hove, Preston Circus, Roedean, Lewes, and Newhaven responded to the incident, supported by a Command Unit from Bexhill. Firefighters wearing Breathing Apparatus fought the blaze using Hose Reel Jets.
The fire was reported at 4:47am, and as of 7:09am crews were damping down and checking for hot spots. No casualties have been reported.
