Two men have pleaded guilty to involvement in Class A drug dealing in Brighton.
Hodyfa Al-Ani, 22, of Dartmouth Crescent, and Robin Paige, 22, of Hollingdean Road, were arrested after being spotted behaving suspiciously in St George’s Mews on the morning of 17 February. Officers suspected drug dealing and stopped and searched the men nearby, finding them in possession of controlled drugs.
Both men were charged the following day with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin, as well as possession of a controlled drug. In addition, Paige was charged with possession of an offensive weapon afzer a knuckle duster was discovered during a search.
The pair appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on 18 February, where they pleaded guilty to all charges.
They have been remanded in custody and are due to be sentenced at Lewes Crown Court
