A HIIT class for singles only followed by a pub garden social. A chance to meet likeminded singles IRL, without dating apps.

Join us on Sunday at 11am on Hove Lawns, near the Meeting Place Café (look out for the Thursday banner) for a fun, high-energy 45-minute HIIT class followed by a 15-minute stretch, led by experienced personal trainer Owen Trewin. Finish your class with a INCLUDED in TICKET Kombucha drink.
After class, we’ll stroll (cool-down style – it’s less than a 5-minute walk!) to The Brunswick for drinks in the beer garden and a relaxed chance to mingle.
Come solo, leave sweaty, and maybe even with a new connection 😉
Singles only. All fitness levels welcome. Good vibes guaranteed.
