✨ Join us for a day of free holistic tasters – from yoga and Reiki to sound therapy and group hypnotherapy – to experience the therapies, classes, and wisdom we offer at the Hub. Guests are welcome to drop in for as much or as little as they like, enjoy free tea or coffee, and browse our table of books, candles, incense, crystals, and spiritual art.
