Brighton’s Pub scene is buzzing with excitement as one of its most iconic venues, Hector’s House, prepares to make a triumphant return to 52–54 Grand Parade. Once a legendary hub for live music and local gatherings, the venue is back to reclaim its place at the heart of the city’s cultural life.
Hector’s House has a rich history, dating back to the 19th century when the building was known as the Norfolk Arms pub. In the 1990s, it became Hector’s House, later evolving into The Blind Tiger Club until its closure in 2014. Over the years, it became synonymous with Brighton’s independent music scene, offering a stage to emerging bands, a gathering place for creatives, and a social hotspot for locals and visitors alike.
